Crew Offshoring Solutions (Crew) is a BPO looking for amazing offshore talent to work with its high caliber of Australian and UK clients.On a day-to-day basis you will be working with an Australian real estate agency, trusted by local property investors in South East Queensland to deliver the highest standards and quality of service in property management.

About the Role

Your primary responsibilities will be to enter and manage bills via the Console Property Management system and ensuring that property management files are up to date and consistent across the portfolio of managements.Depending on your level of experience, you may also be called on to assist with rental property listings, schedule open homes and inspections, coordinate tenants and tradespeople for repairs and maintenance, and manage key administrative tasks like lease preparation and following up rental arrears.This role requires strong organisational skills, industry experience, and the ability to work independently while supporting a team. Familiarity with the property management software, Console and other peripheral systems experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Primary
  • Entering property bills and invoices into the Console PM system and ensuring that payment of important bills are front of mind for payment by senior staff members.
  • Ensuring that property management files are up to date and well maintained.
Secondary (desired)
  • Creating rental property listings on Realestate.com.au and / or Domain.com.au, including but not limited to; adding photos, descriptions and features of the property and weekly pricing within the admin portal.
  • Scheduling open homes and coordinating with Australian based property managers and prospective tenants.
  • Evaluating tenancy applications and putting forward suitable tenants based on the selection criteria set forth by the agency principal.
  • Preparing pro forma lease agreements for signing by tenants and landlords.
  • Procuring tradespeople and scheduling property repairs & maintenance.
  • Supplying tradespeople with information about the building or individual apartment.
  • Answering phone calls from tenants and logging their requests within the respective property management platform.
  • Coordinating routine inspections with Australian based property managers and tenants.
  • Maintaining a calendar of critical dates across the property portfolio, ensuring lease end dates and rental review are front of mind for senior property managers.
  • Ensuring that tenants that have fallen into arrears are being followed up and assisting senior property managers to case manage the remediation of their ledgers.
  • Assisting with the senior property manager with preparation of tribunal files.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Proven experience in property management (Australian Real Estate experience required).
  • Familiarity with Console property management software.
  • Knowledge of the Australian real estate market.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Relevant qualifications in Real Estate or Business (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
